A series of key afforestation projects including the national reserve forest construction, degraded grassland restoration, wetland protection and restoration supported and implemented by the state have been advanced with emphasis. Moreover, the subsidy standards for artificial arbor forests, artificial shrub forests, artificial grass planting, and engineering sand fixation in western regions have been raised to relatively high levels respectively.
